Terms of Service

1. Who we are

VINEROX ("VINEROX", "we", "us") is a software-as-a-service platform operated by a company incorporated in the State of Israel. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and VINEROX. By clicking "I AGREE" or using the platform, you accept these Terms, the Risk Disclosure, and the Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and legally able to enter this agreement.
• You confirm you are not barred from using the service under the laws of your country, and that the service is not prohibited where you reside.
• One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. What the platform is

VINEROX provides: (a) automated, educational research pages, scores, rankings, and simulated signals generated by a computer model from publicly available market data; (b) historical back-testing summaries; and (c) subscription plans that unlock additional content. The platform is informational and educational. It is not a brokerage, exchange, investment adviser, money transmitter, or fund custodian, and it does not manage, hold, or invest your money.

4. No advisory relationship

The scores, rankings, and labels shown in the app — including terms such as "STRONG BUY", "BUY", "WATCH", "BESTOCK", "GOLD", "SILVER", "MOMENTUM", and "ALERTS" — are automated, educational illustrations of how a strategy might have behaved. Using the platform does not create any advisory, fiduciary, or brokerage relationship between you and VINEROX. Every decision you make in real markets is entirely your own responsibility.

5. Subscriptions & payments

• Paid plans are recurring subscriptions to software and content. They do not purchase securities or credits redeemable for cash.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. You authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
• Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun. You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.

6. Market data

Market data may be delayed and is provided by third parties (including Yahoo Finance) "as is". We do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness and are not liable for decisions made in reliance on it. Data is provided for personal, non-commercial, informational use only.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the platform; exploit bugs; resell or redistribute the content or signals; infringe intellectual property; or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual property

The platform, its content, branding, and software are owned by VINEROX or its licensors. Third-party names and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only, without endorsement.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VINEROX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any trading or investment losses you incur elsewhere. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, engage in fraud, or create legal risk. You may close your account at any time.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes bump the version and require you to re-accept the research disclaimer before continuing. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Local mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence still apply where required by law.
